yes it supports jio sim.... but you have to download Jio4G voice apk and sideload the app to make a call via Jio sim.

I hate it/ cannot refresh facebook or messenger-totally useless. I cannot block individual telephone number.. Whatsapp features are missing... I hate this gadget... Total waste of my money..

I have been using it for 3.5 years. I just changed his battery and continues to do the job. It is very well made. When I bought the phone, I was thinking whether S3 or z10 and now I do not make a mistake at all, because the S3 would break today ...

I had a z10 about 3yrs ago & all was hunky dory till bang! Blackberry pulled the support for whatsapp, viber, facebook & fbook messenger.
Really screwed it up for me as i'd had blackberries for years & always loved some of their kinda odd & quirky designs but this put the nail in the coffin for me. I'd go back again if the camera was slightly better & they started supporting apps again.
What's the score with the z10 now regarding apps, do you still download through blackberry world or similar? Also as others have reported it crashes when the battery gets low & I had problems with mine freezing on numerous occasions & going haywire.

More then 3 years used Q10,but bought Z10 new one couple months ago and no regrets at all.Q10 still like new too,but one thing I know for sure,in couple years ppl would want to have-buy phone like Z10,Q10 or Classic,but will not find one,then regrets will come.
