AnonD-347302, 01 Jan 2015i am facing some problem with my z10. it stucks and automat... moreDont worry about it its an easy fix just restore it to factory settings or just wait for 10.3.1 to release in febuary I restored mine and its fine I had the same problem because I downloaded 3rd party apk files but my z10 charges fine still stops once and awhile at 97 or 96 percent but it will work fine after the 10.3.1 release its a software issue that will be corrected

i am facing some problem with my z10. it stucks and automatically shutdown when 72 or 73% charge is remaining , i must have to connect the charger n then device automatically turns on , i dont know why is this happening to it, please tell me if anyone knows... the reason.
secondly, m facing another problem from last night my z10 is stuck on its starting page and is not moving furthur , i tried alot bt all invain , please i need help... what to do with this z10 :(

This 10.3 official release if getting me irritaed. First they said it will be by end of sep, then Dec now Feb 2015 :(. i just dont want to go for the leaked version. BB should respect its loyal customers like android does.

I m having problems with battery backup of my z10.whenever I use Internet it got down very soon.also there is hanging and switch problem with this can anyone please tell me the solutions :(

Had the Z10 with me for 12 months now and I can guarantee the ups and downs of this phone. Well for one, I had trouble with my Phonebook when all of my contacts are duplicated after I added my google account (contacts, mail, calendar). I had to restart the phone to clear that up. Next downside is my phone randomly shuts down without me touching it 3 days after I got it. I meddled with its software and found nothing, then I turned to hardware. The two gold contacts from the back of the phone to the cover is for NFC. I blocked it and the phone never shut down again. I had more down experience with it but here are my pros on this phone. 1) BB Hub - the neatest, easiest, fastest, awesomest, greatest, and innovative application there is. It is really a hub for ALL YOUR COMMUNICATIONS. I have multiple e-mail account which I have to track up to the minute and this thing! this thing gives what I want in just one place! No more sliding and looking and tapping too many different icons with the same purpose. 2) BB Link - (which almost all BB have) 3) Maps - not very detailed like Gmaps which has satellite view. It can still get you where you want plus, the accelerometer is very sensitive. It keeps track of your current location as you move. 4) Lastly - price, against iPhone 6 today and all its old models, you should choose this for functionality and value. I bought my phone here in the Philippines under GLOBE TELCO contract for 24 months.

I am using z10 from six months. I tried many browsers from 1 mobile. All lags and crashes after few hours. Only (DOLPHIN BROWSER EXPRESS) from mobogenie market works well on z10. All z10 users may try this.enjoy blackberry.

Ani, 30 Dec 2014I require apn settings for my own purpose, you said u know ... moreI don't know every thing about Z10 but will try to help.Z10 is the first BB 10 phone and APN setting come from the sim card automatically.If You see like "bb............"and not Your provider APN address this means the sim card send address for BIS,like BB 7.0 OS.You should contact Your provider and ask to change sim card setting,they can do it.You can do it??using escreen method,google it,I personally did not do it.If You have installed 10.2.1 OS on Your phone or less do this""get to settings,mobile network,on the bottom star with APN TAP IT,yOU WILL SEE GRAYED APN address and You cant write any thing,OK,two fingers from the bottom up will bring the key board and opting to change the APN""i did change the address with no problem.ALL this for 10.2.1 or less OS.If You have installed any leeak,like me 10.3.1.xxx,only escreen method will work,but I prefer to wait till official update.If You did'nt install leaks on Your device make Your provider to change the sim card setting,the easy way.Hope this will work for You.

my BB Z10 battery back up still doing well until today. that is my mileage, even now, i hold my BB Z10 and the battery % is 50% after more than 10 hours of last charging!
i use only 2 ways to charge my BB Z10, using BB Z10 original charger or by connect it to my PC. that's why i never have a problem with my BB Z10 battery.

while calling anyone my bb z10 gets into microphone mode automatically nd i always have to turn it to audio mode manually.does anyone have its solution

@ritesh i dont think you used this phone. Its almost 2015 and the z10 is still way better than the iphone 6 or any other android - Multitasking, security, simplicity, stability and speed. So please, shut up!
