supervai, 10 Dec 2014z10 has 2 types which is 4G n 3GSTL-100-1 is 3G based but STL-100-2.3.4 are 4G LTE based phone.

Anonymous, 09 Dec 2014please help my black shutdown also on full baterytry battery pull. after installing the update, my phone was always hot. i took out the battery, let the phone rest a while and it was back to normal after that.

amit, 09 Dec 2014it ws a bad experience nd opinion to buy bbk z10.since in 4... moreyes i admit that battery life is short, always need a power bank. lack of apps is also true, but if you want android apps u can load it. or else use android phone.

Hi, i'm thinking of using this device for a simple scaning bar codes and send/recive mail job, can anyone tell me how the bar code scanner works on the bb z10, and is there a copy/paste history or a clipboard like on android smartpfones?

it ws a bad experience nd opinion to buy bbk z10.since in 4 months of purchase got lots of problem facing lyk battry nd software updation(bbk) nd lack of apps.

AnonD-281171, 09 Dec 2014Facing a severe battery issue since I updated the os to 10.... moreI love my z10 it's awesome phone just calibrate the battery it works first let your phone switch off by its self then remove the battery and plug USB cable to laptop or pc and let it be the for half an hour after that put the battery in the phone but don't remove the USB cable the press the power button and let it charge to 100% repeat for 2 or 3 time after battery discharge to 0% if necessary god bless

Facing a severe battery issue since I updated the os to 10.2.1.3062. It shuts down even at 80% battery, can anyone tell me the solution, if OS is issue, how can I go back to earlier OS version.
