No Problem, do security wipe on your Z 10. You phone will be as good as new from OS perspective. You will get all rights

priya, 21 Nov 2014When 10.3 officialy release for z10. Z10,Z30,Q5,Q10 are not going to receive 10.3.0 OS update,but 10.3.1 after the classic will be lunched,something like December 17.So we have to expect it by the end of the 2014 or beginning 2015.

Pls can anyone help me?, I bought a fairly used z10 online but I can't copy music from my laptop to the phone cuz the previous owner put a " special permissions " on the media folders and I have been trying to remove this " permissions " but I couldn't . Thanks guys in advance
