I bought this phone about a month ago the phone is working vryy well my phone is working on 10.2.1 it is a good operating system can uhh suggest me I m trying to update leaked version 10.3.1 can uhh tell me how tohh update it plzzz anyone help I m a new user of bbZ10

Ani, 06 Nov 2014Hi Atul, I have upadated my phone now with latest OS 10... moreYour phone is nos set up properly..do one thing, remove battery for 10-15 mnt then restart the phone, you'll find the set-up.... else update phone again by the same process u have followed earlier..then ur prob may get short out

I have upadated my phone now with latest OS 10.3..1.1016 ,going smooth..
Post updation i want to reinitiate my backup but while connecting in BB link ,it says comlte your setup process and reconnect .I have comloeted all setup process and shows tick on all ponits then again connected but it again ask to complete the setup.
Pls suggest...

My Z10 gave me trouble after a long time of good job... it just went off on 30% battery, awitched on again and same thing happened. i sent it for repairs... its been a week now waiting... judging from the comments here, i pray it doesnt take too long to come back. i miss my phone so much... now im using my 4-year-old Nokia 2700
