So i just went to the service centre. I was delighted to hear that my phone is back and i'll finally get a break from my laggy galaxy s2.
But to my horror, blackberry sent me a unit without the battery and the battery door!!
I asked them about the missing contents to which they replied that both the components were given to me before sending the phone to the factory.....
They did not give me anything back before they took my phone!! Now they wont even give me back those things and they are constantly claiming that they returned them to me!!
First of all, what kind of a company policy is this?? They give me a new device but without the box and battery and battery panel.
This incident is the biggest lapse in service centres i have ever faced in my life.
If this is the level of professionalism i am getting here, i dont want it.

Very best device.never hang no battery problem.best call quality.internet speed very fast.run every apos smoothely.

Best phone and OS for the money,waiting for 10.3.1 update,actually never had problem to use it,stand by 3.5 days,2 days light usage and easy 1 day internet calls,messages.Recommend.Move play back from sd card is awesome.
