Bbm is the single best reason to stay away from BB10, they sure lost me as customer and whenever people ask if BlackBerry are ok phones i tell the truth, "NO, BlackBerry is terrible, dont even think about it". I really regret buying this crap, what a nightmare.
There should be a class action lawsuit against BlackBerry for forcibly logging us into a chat/social network with no way to log out or disable it, this cannot be legal.

This z10 is really high class I think it's the most important feature.just the camera isnt so good and it lacks usb otg.other features are amazing and it's a complete phone all together.especially the system and os is very smooth and nice(10.3).I hope one day all people can believe blackberry....

thanks guys for ur response... yesterday I updated .1154 but cud nt find much differences... unable to identify the changes over.1052... in fact I found one issue..when I swith on the phone, during starting process, I observed that the logo of BlackBerry and displaying "BlackBerry 10" don't appear properly, some parts don't appear completely on start up screen.. does anyone also facing the similar issue??

Also a very slight difference in processor leading to slight difference in heating.
So apart from 4G not much difference.
