hey everyone. i need one help. i bought bb z10 in april. after two months its screen broke by an accident and i got it replaced by service center in 6000 rs but they dint gave bill because they said if they will give bill it will cost rs 12000. i was low with money so i accepted their offer and hence my warranty is also expired as a result of physical damage. now my phone stopped working after two months using with replaced screen and when i contacted to service center they said it cant be repaired . now i am totaly helpless as neither i have warranty of my phone plus my 20000 rs phone cost and 6000 rs repair charge also went in sink. my phone is stuck in restaring on the bluew blackberry logo and service center guys are saying that the bootrom is not detectable for them they they cant repair it . also the compny is not liable for any kind of problem in phone ass it had physical damage. i tried to reinstall the softwares both by myself as well as from the service center but its not working. plz suggest me what can i do now. im in deep sorrow plz friends help me.

remove battery for 15 mins and put it back and chrage till 100%.
you should not face the issue again.

Lava is local company and blackberry is branded company,
Just for your information, blackberry has got 44 thousands patents registered on their names means they have done great research in mobile industries and their resesrch can not be copied by others. even apple doesnt have half the patents of blackberry on their name.
actually their is no comparison between blackberry and lava..
you may find better specification in lava but you will miss quality and definitely regret buying lava sooner or later...

Frankly speaking I have updated several leaks & currently using the same leak as your mobile has but never faced such issue.
or before installing leak again.
just check your handset with Blackberry virtual expert. this may give you clear picture about hardware.

u can go and change your battery setting option thn it will be alrght ..... u can set handle off at 10,15,20,as u wish
