I have z10 with 10.3 no problem so far...
When official OS will release they will provide the missing files which u don't hv in leaked one...

Hemant Pol, 08 Sep 2014My Z10 is not showing 10.3 update what to do please helpBuddy it is not available officially for z10, however u can download leaked version.. But will void warranty.. Z10 will not get 10.3 update officially instead of that 10.3.1 will be provided by BB whenever it comes!!

10.3 will be released post launch of passport.
if you want to install leaked version of 10.3 then visit. crackberry.com or blackberryempire.com for details.
you can try it out on your own, I dont see any harmful, I have using for almost 2 months.
