Any body has a problem with contact links. Z10 is linking my contacts which has nothing in common. I have more than 3000 contacts and most of them are wrongly linked. Maunal unlink of around 2000 contacts is a time consuming job.

Hi there,every one who have problem with the phone after 3-6 months or more only one reason bad apps or bag that been downloaded with apps,do not blame BB but be smart and do the simple thing-Reload the factory OS and then update phone like you did it before,not the latest OS but the one you bout the phone with.I did it with apple and not once now we can do it the same with BB Z10.all you need BB link and PC-cheers.Bewared,smart phone like a small computer any thing you download from net is chance to get it infected.Love my Z10 recommend to any one,3 months no problem at all.

any way go to below link and download the OS version as per your STL 100 model.
that should solve all your problem,

6 Months back I bought Z10, I am hating it now. It seems to be worse than earlier BB models. Yes the phone doesn't hang and is not slow, but many times (frequency almost once in 3 days) it behaves abnormally, I take it out of pocket only to discover it is automatically switched off. Some videos which used to play earlier now do not work till I have to restart it. Sometimes after a restart my BB hub takes hours to update itself (with only 7 accounts) and other times it comes in a flash. I am a busy person and do not have time to keep visiting service centers, If you still want to buy best of luck.

I have bought for 42K, on 9th march 2013.
after using for 12 months, you are saying so then I would say you have used phone for only for calling and playing games. you are not right user for blackberry...
BTW, you have forgotten mention that blackberry has offered 25 useful applications for free in Dec 2013. and several free offers receives which you missed to tap them.
