I never ever focused on IMEI, thanks for letting me to think about IMEI :)
Yes 17 digit IMEI phone do come in market.

please be patient, if you have bought it from local vendor then it is unlikely to be duplicate.
I would suggest - visit blackberry service center and ask them, they will clear your doubts in a minute.

Z10 us having 1800 mAh battery.
iPhone 5S is having 1560 mAh battery.

it doesn't require any blackberry plan or special plan.
some time if get SMS from vodaphone to upgrage my INTERNET plan to blackberry plan. but it actually misguided by Indian INTERNET service provider.

As ... moreYou don't worry about upgrades. it is not like android upgrade, that if you forget to do than you suffer with lag or malfunctions , it will not harm either hardware or performance.
Blackberry OS is quite sophisticated in terms of behavior..

I think your mobile needs battery calibration,
remove battery for 10 15 mins and then put it back and charge it till 100 %.
then should not give problem..
actually there is bug for battery in the system. there is nothing wrong with battery.
some time i face similar issue my battery level shows me 10 % and next moment it just switches off and some time it show 5% as well.

it works with 2g / 3G/ wifi / hotspot etc.
with all apps..
only lack is Z10 doesn't have FM radio... but with other models you will get FM radio as well.

Hey dude.
Recently I have been experiencing problems with my phone.
It switches off when I am on 3g network after getting hot.
It works fine when I switch to 3g. I did a factory reset but the problem still persists.
Even the blackberry service centre couldn't do anything about it. What do you think might be the problem? Is it a hardware problem? Like with the internal antennas. If so, will I get a replacement unit for free?
Trust me the service centre were clueless about this.....

Then why there is a big ... moregreat question,
for this there are several reasons, according to me
1) Blackberry took 3 to 4 years to builds blackberry 10 OS. by that time Adroid OS has eaten up lots of market with cheap phones. and most of old blackberry users moved to either android or iphone. and they were happy with their exisitng phones.
2) Blackberry marketing team and sales team failed to promote blackberry 10. various reson
3) Company went into loss. because their market share slashed down like any thing.
4) old management was arrogant in taking decision, mentally they were 5 years back and think " blackberry " as a name enough to sell their product in market. and they fall flat on the face after launch of Z10.
there many more reason.
But since John Chen has taken rein of the company, blackberry has started improving drastically but to see the effect it will take another year. and Z3 and Blackberry passport is baby of john Chen...
I have been using all there OS Android , IOS and Blackberry 10. but my favorite is blackberry 10. very stable, robust, it is beast of mobiles in performance...

I had purchased Z10 - 4 month back & was just satisfied with its overall performance..
3 days back there was some software problem and the phone was not starting..In the service centre they upgraded the software and now the phone re - starts after some duration on its own..
I have faced the same problem in previous blackberry phones..& FED UP of them..
BUT don't have other options as its mails friendly..
