I have used the phone for 4 months, already reloaded the OS thrice,lost important files. OS not coming up on those occasions(unknown error).
high cost to maintain, high cost of data in Nig.
Tired of the software problem. about to dispose it

Hi friends my BlackBerry z10 switch off when battery level go below 20%. Pls give suggestion to fix this problem.
Otherwise a awesome phone. nice speed and have good features.

Bbz10 is the best phone, i've used it for the past 8 months without any problem, it switch off if the battery Is less than 10%

I've sold my Xperia device and decided to make Z10 my daily driver until October. I picked it up for 150$ and it is a good device. Once whatsapp was installed I have complete set of communications apps in my device. Can't wait for 10.3 to arrive to be able to add a few Android apps although I don't miss many.

Sir am using z10 from 10 days I have got many problems in my phone when I am charging it fully and switching off and when I turn on the mobile it is showing 0% battery sir wts the solution for it
