I recently took black berry z10 from ebay, on seller warranty. Its only 1 month 3 days. Now i am facing hardware problem(mother board crash), i don't know whom to i approach for the same.I am trying to reach eaby as well seller but both are telling there is only software warranty. please let me know your suggestions and thanks to all.

Can anyone solve my problem? My Z10 is not ringing at all in any application or even calls after it got updated to version 10.2.1.2941 and also after more update to 10.2.1.2977. The dealer says to send it to BB Service Center. Is there any other way? I have twice restored it to factory settings using Reload from BB Link, but no use. Thanks in advance.

Please guy dont purchase it Z10 bcos its continuously hanging so my advice to all my deal frnd or dont tell anyone to buy this products

but just check it out from going settings > about> then see model number .
it has to be STL100-1
then download it accordingly..

Blackberry 10 doesnt work on BIS services, Blackberry 10 servers doesnt support BIS any more. but if you have blackberry os 7 then BIS service is mandatory.
so if you are using Z10, Z3,Z30, Q10, Q5 etc. then it doesnt require BIS services.
what ever benifits you were getting ewarlier with with BIS those are now available with just internet plan.
VOdafone and other ISPs in india are not fully aware of Blackberry's new changes or they are making us fool by promoting BIS plan to Blackberry 10 users.

Blackberry 10 devices are full fledge devices, it support as other devices in fact these devices handles load very well, I mean, no lag ( even 8 applications games works well together), Better security, ( you will never heard that ones blackberry is affected with virus, torjan, fishing & malware etc), if you are thing to buy for business then Blackberry is the only answer rest phones are just rubbish. but you need to use it for 15 days.

I do not find the talk time 10hrs and stand by time 300+hrs.
Its battery hardly use 2 days in standby.
If someone can help me improve its battery time as per spec. i will be highly appreciate.
