Insert battery and u will get 100 % charge.Dont plug off the charger.

Go for Z10 but yes it is true goople map doesnt have for blackberry but you can install android version of it. but not sure how will it work.
but you can use Navfree apps that works well
on blackberry map for india, that support is coming in upcoming version 10.3, that will be realing in this September.
if you want 10.3 immediately on Z10, ( leak version and little bugs with it)you can download from crackberry site.

hi friends , i want to buy BZ10. But some people are saying that it doesn't support google maps, and in balckberry maps INDIA was not there. is it right. Because i need maps and navigation defenitely. please suggest. Thank you in advance.

india supports STL1,
now to come out of problem,
do below things
go to settings - security & wipe - put blackberry.
this delete entire OS and and reload it automatically. and you need to download the application what you generally use.
this would definitely solve the problem.
one more thing, blackberry is unlike other OS, you can
install you own OS ( built in) no need to go service center,
if problem persist, try different charger.
one could be probbblem, after doing all of above restart doenst solve then take piece of paper and put it back at battery, ( issues for some user have been solved by this solution)

I bought my BB Z10 1 month ago from snapdeal with 18 months manufacturer warranty. After 1 month it goes to service center and they said that your phone is corrupt. I got my device back in 2 days. Next day my device is turning of in every 15 mins and it boots only when i connect the charger.
Worst phone i had ever used, even Chinese phones are better than this.

And i'm going to bie this phone ?Z10 is always better compare to Android and IOS.
user experience is way ahead of other OS and phone.
but do not expect extra from battery, it performs same as iphone and samsung phone. rest is fantastic.

Amazon.apk you can directly install from file manger,
whereas snap2.0.2 .bar files required sachesi.exe app.
according to me SNAP give better application performance than amazon.
if you could get .apk file from android user, you can directly install on Z10..

yes, BBM works on internet...
