Who says BB OS is dead? Of all the BB phones this one is still the most popular on this website. Check the hits exceeding 21 million... The newer android based Priv is no where as popular as this real BlackBerry phone of 3,5 years old. I really doubt whether BB's move to android was so smart.

***newsflash:*** it will get an update in before the year is up. 3 years old phone still getting updates and doesn't lag.
As far as Whatsapp goes - from next month they will be sharing telephone numbers with Facebook. Where you wouldn't normally give strangers your contact details or those of your family members without good reason they will have all your contacts. Enjoy that.
Or better yet start thinking about your worth and ditch apps that have mades billions on the back of your data.
