should i go for z10 , as it look is osum bt i had read some bad reviews regarding its btry backup ? plz help me out of this should i go for it blindly?......

Had been using since 1month battery backup isnt that gud for heavy users.. i took it frm snapdeal. Hw can i claim warrenty? Inside box i dint find any warrenty papers as like other phones. Guys help me out thnx

and since Andiod apps run on Blackberry 10 OS, so this could be a problem too.
to dig out more, go to device manager, then CPU tab and check which application consumes more CPU, and remove that application then check whether heating problem still there.

I heard & read a lot about the overheating & quick battery draining for Z10, any specific case this happens or generally the battery is poor? Any fix from blackberry on this? 4-6 hrs of battery backup is really poor.
