Gagan, 07 Jul 2014Bought this yesterday. V nice looking. pls answer few qstns... moreto change to WIFI settings you need to go to Blackberry world then pull down settings, then go to network and data plan.then change the seetings.
I think you can not see data usage in 10.2.1 but this option is available in 10.3 updates ( I am using it now)
device monitor and data uage.
to check the audio is working fine. go to help and then type virtual then click on blackberry virtual expert, here you can throughly check your hardware or download Virtual expert from Blackberry world.

just FYI, there is HDMI port though which you can connect Z10 to LCD TV and Enjoy Games on Big screen, games like Spider man, Real racing, Manuganu, would love to see on big screen..

Bought this yesterday. V nice looking. pls answer few qstns-
1. for software update it telling me to go to wifi zone as the update is big. There is no option to override it and do it using mobile data. its only 95 MB. where to change the settings?
2. How to check the data consumed. I have a 1 GB mobile data plan, so wherre in the phone can i chk that. is there a app that i can download?
3. Its STL-100 1. The headphone voice is blank. if i move it a little one speaker is working. i tried 3 diff earphone, same result. Any idea what cou

Undoubtedly, Blackberry 10 OS is best in the world, best security, No malware, No viruses, very steady and robust but to expedience all this you need to use it for at least 1 month.
btw, just for you information, Mr Obama is not allowed to use any other phone than blackberry. you know why, because Security is big thing for America.

santosh, 06 Jul 2014genuine minus points of this phone >> 1) Set starts t... more1) played subway surfer a hell lot, removed it as it was ruining my time, awesome game, more awesome game play, can be played with one hand due to perfect size of BlackBerry z10.
2) my hub never ever crashed. In 3 months of usage.
3) hand set fallen from chair height twice, screen did not break, also someone tweeted it is better than iphone 4/4s.
To me iphone 4/4s seems a brick in comparison to this phone, though only camer of iphone 4s is much better.
4) over clocking causes heating problems as i read some where, so optimisation it seems by BlackBerry z10
5) yes battery life might be poor.

genuine minus points of this phone >> 1) Set starts to heat up while using heavy games like subway surfer for abt 5-6 mins. 2) BlackBerry Hub sometimes crashes and there is no option other than a restart. 3) Screen is not gorilla glass. 4)The ti omap 4470 is a fairly old chipset and it is hardly used in any mainstream phones.in BlackBerry z10 it is downclocked from 1.8 ghz to 1.5 ghz. 5) BATTERY LIFE IS REALLY POOR.
PS: I still love my BlackBerry z10 stl100-1.

bhola , 06 Jul 2014not so good phone,,, got some software problem , like with ... moreif you have bought in last 2 3 days or reloaded the OS then you will experience some heating, due to OS is setting up and linking up the apps and s/w inside but dont worry\, this is not problem and heating will stop completed in 3 4 days time.

not so good phone,,, got some software problem , like with camera , Wi-Fi connectivity , battery ,, phone got heated up with some apps , not so good ,,,
