san2osh100, 31 Jul 2016 my BlackBerry z10 battery draining very fast 1%within 3hrs... more1st of all reconfigure d settings(swipe down from up of d screen in d home to access d quick settings/ click settings "networks and connections" to switch them off; toggle off ur WiFi NFC Bluetooth Blend etc, check ur display via same quick settings/settings display, reduce ur brightness or better still switch on ur "battery saving" in quick settings. Stop running more than three apps at a time, close d less preferred once. If problem persists change d battery, furtherly/afterward reinstall d OS to d latest version (Maybe d 1 in d phone is corrupted) via OTA using d phone not with computer. Perhaps d 1 in d phone is a leaked os that was installed via autoloader and most of these have 1 problem or d other bcus they are 3rd party os, Only OTA is trust worthy bcus it is coming from BlackBerry officially. If it persist take it to a Technician 4 hard ware repair, if it refuse to amend give it to d kids/throw it away and get a new 1.

Note; it does not depend on if urs is stl100-1/2/3 bcus it is working on my z10 stl100-1 flawlessly. I sent this message via mine.

To install android app go to "settings, click app manager, click Installing apps, click allow apps from other sources to b installed" that is it if problem still persist reload the OS, maybe it's corrupted.

Is bb Z10 supports playstore? I have my app playstore but i cannot connect with it. And it said its LTE/4g mine is not. How can i upgrade my STL100-1 to STL100-3 to become my BB Z10 4g network? Please help.. thanks!

Xender app does not easily start up and run effectively in bb os 10 devices, u need some additional tweaking 4 it to work . 1st b4 opening d xender/flash share app, u need to open ur WiFi and scan for d other phone/device after that phone has created using its xender/flash share ,after seen click on it to connect to it, after successfully connected minimize it and open d xender app/flash share n click join, it will see It, tap it zap it's connected. U can start sending and receiving. Note: repeat procedure when ever u want to use xender/ flash share app that's d only solution bcus of d absence of wifi hotspot in bb 10 devices, d hotspot in d phone is 4 network connection purpose(i.e Internet connection) .

Hi, can anyone help, I use bbz10 and it always leaves a blank grey screen most of the time, whenever I restart it, it does not switch back on unless after a lot of hours, what could be the problem and how can I solve it, please assist me, It doesn't allow me to do some important atuff

any news how to fix the auto update time on bb z10? whenever i restarted or off the device it always takes the time of the 1st boot setup :-( os 3.2 here
