This Z10 is great, after update to 10.2, bug fixed and can install APK directly.

The thing is we are using all 1800 mah of battery although it switches off at 15% so no reason to worry as there is a day of battery backup. If u still want solution, wait for 10.3 or checkout Crackberry forums

Dont sweat it, all blackberry phones switch off when the battery level reaches 10%. The blackberry curve and bold models have the same problem too. Maybe blackberry will fox this problem with the 10.3 software update..

Could you please explain bit more on regarding getting Switched off at 13% or 15% battery level.
The BB Z10 is 'Awesome' except this issue.
Since I am frustrating with this issue, I am going to proceed to initiate an action on "BB"; if the problem will not solve.
