The BlackBerry symbol shows on phone when you insert a sim card even when you got no credit but there needs to be credit for it to be activated. It is not like blackberry 7 handsets where you need to buy BlackBerry Internet services :)

amitp, 17 May 2014In camera quality, u r wrong, z10 cam is just ok n its not ... moreFunny you should mention Note 2, which i had myself and have never had more failed photos. Samsung cameras are good in perfect conditions but once it gets a little different they simply do not work well at all, makes a lot of mistakes, too many failed photos. I guess Note 2 camera was the best i ever had when shooting outdoors on sunny days but for everything else it was really weak.
The problem with my Z10 camera is mainly color reproduction, it often gets it wrong and chooses to undersaturate, for example brown/tan people will often look grey but if there are any bright faces also in the photo it will oversaturate and brown/tan people will look very colored.
Best all round camera in a phone i had was no doubt Xperia Z, excellent skin tones and reliable to get it right under all conditions except that it had a very weak led flash. My girl friends loved the soft tone of the Z, it would give people perfect skin with a glow that i havent seen in any other phone camera.

Dear friends i want to buy BB Z10. I have read in times of india that Z10 and Q5 does not want any special BB net plan like others blackberry phones. Is that true BB Z10 and Q5 not required any special net plan.

Just have a look of lumia 8mp cam or note 2 8mp cam. U'll realize urself that BlackBerry z10 cam is far away from them. Howevr else evrythng is fine.

I dont really care if you are having trouble with your z10. I am very satisfied with the smothness of my z10. I am so excited about the OS 10.3. Looking forward to fix some small issue. Not big deal for me
