Hello friend, auto turning off of new Z10 is quite a common issue. Its simply because of sometimes lose battery port. U can insert a thin paper to support the battery & ur issue Will be surely solved.

Is there any one who knows how to stop the auto turning off the Z10, mine is doing this once or twice in a day, what could be causing this. Please help my bbm pin is 2B95AA19.any kind of help will be highly appreciated

Dear Friends, i bought Blackberry Z10, thinking that, it has 2GB Ram and 1.5 dual core processor, but it is very slow phone compare to other phone and battery drain very fast. i feel it was wrong idea to buy Blackberry, if i could have bought Gionee E6 or E6, could be best, even Maps not available in India. i am not sure why they are selling in India.i will never buy such type of phone

Hey Guys...Finally coming up with my own personal experience...i have been using this smartphone sionce last more than 10 days...honestly speaking...really impressed with this beauty...i have the white variant which looks stunning...i am an avid android lover and own Sony Xperia ZR but for my office use...upgraded from BB curve 9320 to BBZ10....so far so impressed...never lagged...awesome gesture oriented interface.
I should mention here that it might take some time for you to adapt to the new UI which is heavily gesture oriented but it is really cool and fun to use...
I purchased it through online store and got it for around Rs. 17,900(~$298).
My rating goes like this:
Display and touch- 10/10
Video- 10/10
Audio- 10/10
Music- 9/10 (only because of lack of equalizer)
Camera- 8/10 (need to mention havent explored it properly and am not much of camera lover
Messaging- 10/10 (BB hub rocks)
Size - 8.5/10 (pretty small in comparison to currrent market standards but still perfect for 1 hand usage)
Battery-10/10
Feel is awesome. If you can get it at a price of around $298...just shut your mouth and mind and go for it...

I had purchased this mobile 15 days ago.
Firstly
1There is no problem after software update in fact more options are added to camera like her etc,
2.if your a moderate user it will gives you 1 day(browsing net,using camera,playing vedios,etc.,
Before buying I to think like you but it was awesome
I am enjoying my phone

Visited the expert center for 5 times for battery drain fast and over heating issue ( not using but heating up till have to take out of pocket in air conditioned environment ); changed set for third set but realize all are refurbished phone with all faulty issues unsolved( auto restart for the first one on one exchange, faulty charging port and not able to be detected by usb on pc and hence cant update os with any method suggestions from bb community forum after getting another phone).
Bad service and QC,wont give bb second chance.
Ps :no google service available and side loaded apps not guaranteed working smooth, limited choice of useful apps, not much banking apps on top.

Problem set, auto turn off, cant update os, over heating. Bad customer service. Changed set for 3 times but all obviously refurbished and problems never fixed. I rather get a moto g or nexus 5.

AnonD-13014, 12 May 2014can someone advice me which one is the best option between ... moreAndroids are fun and liberty to do almost anything,the os being highly customisable.But on the other hand they tend to lag and are flooded with ads.Blackberry on the other hand is a rather conservative os but Blackberry 10 os has liberated itself considerably.Now almost 80-90% of android apps are compatible with it.Moreover its entirely lag free but not customisable as an android.The BB z10 has got 2gigs of ram and 16gigs of rom..mind it.Androids are nowdays in everyones hands but bb is for those who take the other way.Its ur money ur choice.Good luck!

LINE however has to be sideloaded from Android apk file and it works, just that you will not receive messages when you close the app, it is not running as a background service.
