Battery life is horrible. Aside that, the names in contact list are 'chopped off' when using font 18. There is no problem when font size 14 is used.

and also tell me please ... moreYes you can upgrade and some Z10 has 10.2.1 out of the box.
When upgraded to 10.2.1 you can install android apk files without having any market installed.

I'm happy to have this phone..great for business and easy to use..
Skype audio /video quality is pretty cool..perfect!!
Emails, browsing net is very fast..

yano, 02 May 2014how to upgrade os 10 to os 10.2? Why u need to install 10.2... if u have latest firm ware 10.2.1... believe me there is no need to revert back ur phn bcs audio boost is enabled for always in 10.2.1 and they didn't gave the manual option to enable or disable it ... as far as the headphone volume is concerned I feel no difference in 10.2 and 10.2.1

guys pls help me out..i find no one helping me...i have updated my Z10 to 10.2.1.2102 and the audio boost button available in my main volume tab got disappeared...tell me what to do ...how to recover that ......

Nice phone,, with the BlackBerry 10.2 update now i can use android apps like instagram...n battery is definitely better than i phone 5c( my last phone)...
