You may have to download that update.
But m sure that it is 10.2.1 out of the box

N anyways, the camera quality of Z10 is very good.

try to download the OS10.3 on your Z10.. it would improve the camera and more features.. hub is also changed..... better download it.. also the android apps works perfect...

I'm using android cus of the gaming, but i got my hands on one of these, I loaded Dues Ex: the fall and Dead Effect on it, both games ran superbly well on it with the HD graphics, really cool
