I was confused b/w s4 and Z10 but z10 looks good to me because i am using s2 and when you enter home screen you will not feel anything new. So my suggestion is to go for Z10.

ughhhh blackberry :(, 25 Mar 2014I HATE this phone! the 'gesture' system makes me want to sc... morePeople who used both OS Andriod and Blackberry 10, you ask them they will give thumps up to Blackberry.
for your issue, you have half knowledge of using phone.
gesture are perfect, you should have little patience to use it.. it works flawlessly..
for contact it is easy too. but for you I will give option go search icon on main screen, and type what ever you want eg, contact name, application name, Game name, file name, song name , video name etc.. it will be on your screen next moment..
you need to spend little more time before reaching to conclusion. it far far better than Android and IOS...

Means, Remove battery for 10 15 mins. and put it back.

Situation arises when we are using different charger or the battery health is deteriorated by that much percent.
Like my z10 is ~10 months old it charges till 97% and sometimes to 100% as i'm using different charger(I needed very long cable so had to switch to some Nokia one). So battery cycle gets disturbed sometimes.
Will come to normal after 5-6 times on full battery drain and charging to full.
Try it.

this phone is amazing but I am facing a problem my battery stop charging after 93percnt I have to plug in out then I have to plug it in again but after 1percent again its stop any body same prblm pls help me email me (bijoysngh007@gmail.com) pls help.

-Disable Facebook contact in Contact App. It won't show in Contact or Phone App anymore( unless u use Search for making call).

I was looking for a better phone to replace my old sony live walkman but dont like spending to much on a mobile, soo i found this z10 with nice price tag, this my first blackberry experience and i find it hundred times more `advantages` compared to android. The simplicity, the smooth and stable user interface, the multitasking, the no need looking for extra or alternative apps cause its all there and works flawless. Only the baterry is soso and takes 3 hours to charge. If you find it on sale its a good buy. go blackberry go, make more mobiles.

Its a cracking phone easy to use was hard at first but only down side is there is no equliser and audio boost for the music player if it had that it would be best phone on market

I HATE this phone! the 'gesture' system makes me want to scream. Half of the time the 'gesture' works and half of the time it does not. The interface and colors are butt ugly. Trying to get into my contacts is like breaking into Fort Knox because every Facebook friend comes up in my phone list when I try to make a call. I had a Samsung before this and loved it. I am so mad I switched to this piece of junk. Yuck!
