Yes, you can use normal data plans in blackberry z10. We don't need d BBM plans. Those are now applicable only to the old BlackBerry devices. I use Vodafone in Mumbai n spend only 200 per month on data plans

The lowest price noticed on flipkart is around @ ~ 22.5k and currently @ 32k. The quotes what I am giving are generic and readily available.
If you have bought@ 16.5k from flipkart , dats really cool man.

I want to buy blackberry Z10, but I am very much confused about BB data services, I live in delhi, here airtel & Vodafone plans are minimum for one month data services is Rs 399 & in that 399 we cant use 3rd party apps like whatsapp, opera browser & many more, please tell me the best solution, I can spend around 150 to 200rs per mnth for data services,
please tell me that can I use normal data plans in blackberry Z10 (those plans we use in all brand phones other then BB) please help me, any help will be appreciate, thanx in advance

Few issue... moreZ10 was selling for 17990 on flipkart. Maybe u dint notice.
During holi, u were also gettin 10% cashback on it when bought through axis bank credit card.
i got my z10 from flipkart for 16500!
Stop fooling ppl by saying dat flipkart never sold it under 22k
the price fluctuates bcos d 18k stock gets out really soon!

trinny, 20 Mar 2014guys this phone isnt that grand i bought the phone in decem... moreI ve been using this for past 12 months & Yes I had bought it for 42 K in Pune. I feel proud about owning this Z 10, believe me I have installed 10 + leaks OS and 20 + times deleted OS ( R&D purpose ) but not single issue I have faced in 12 months. H/w, OS, Build, Apps all are 100 % performer..

In ... moreSkype is available, just now checked, Viber client is availble, ( earlier it was available but not now) UC browser not found.
I would suggest, go to Crackberry.com and find installable for "Snap " application, this app will allow you to download all android apps. but very few of them may not work on blackberry 10

Guys this is a good phone considering the price.
Few issues
1) Below average camera
2) The pictures gallery does not function with 10.2.1.2012 update
Few upcoming issues
1) If the company gets sold, you might not receive future updates
2) Your 18 months warranty will stand void in that case
Where to buy
1) Infibeam (17800-17900), you can have 5% if with ICICI Bank card with code ICICIE05 (~ 16910)
2) Flipkart the lowest price ever available was ~ 22, 500 (SO nobody ever bought at 18k)
3) You can look for retail outlets, but they will charge 18k flat
4) Anybody offering lower, will not provide manufacturers warranty, it will be sellers warranty (plz check that)
5) Go for the black colour, as it has the rubberized back, gives a better grip

Z10 is simply th best trust me. No problems and you can basically do anything with it not to mention th camera. Blackberry forever.
