Chandra, 21 Feb 2014How did u do the upgrade? its showing that no update availa... moreIf you are in India, try to change ur sim card (as per my experience with my Vodafone sim card it won't show update,i done it with my dubai sim card successfully) or any overseas sim card and connect wifi then try software update.

Hey Guys, i've been using this phone for a month now. I'm satisfied with it. Its superb and you feel like a CEO when youre holding it. The build is great. Screen is superior. The only problem is its lack of apps, although its easy to sideload using apk. And its facebook app wont show photocomments. I'd recommend this phone to people who prioritize networking, communication, and business stuff. Had the latest upgrade.

I don't know how to explain this but the truth is bbz10 is my first BlackBerry to use and i am not ashamed to tell yu that this is the best fon that i ever had in mylife. It gives me all i need on a mobile foni. it's everything to me. I don't have a single problem.
-It's fast
-Can't complain about the battery
- all android application ar compatible. Opermine,skype.viber. Temple run, Subway surf, all of them
-camera good
-unique multi tasking

danial, 21 Feb 2014how to reset? To reset your BlackBerry z10 you should go to settings than go to security and privacy and than go to security wipe option....you will see a blank field in bottom cloc there and write blackberry than than clic below...your phone will start to reset....sit back and relax it will automatically restart after process....now enjoy your BlackBerry

Hey there huys, i've been using this mobile since a few months and i have to say that it is the best! after 10.2.1 upgrade, seems like the whole android has migrated to bbOS. The multi tasking feature is like butter. never lags, never stutters. Also, the 8mp cam is great. Even the iphone has 8 mp, even though ppl priase it but crtitcize bb. Why?
the 4.2 inch screen is very good for one handed use. The two plastic bars on the top and bottom of the screen are a good protection for the screen. videos play smoothly and the 355ppi screen is no.1 . Overall, in love with BlackBerry. Dont know y the company is not getting market share. poor guys! :(

Hi, whenever I do factory reset, it hangs on till eternity..i have to reload the device software to make my phone work again. Is it normal? If not then any suggestion on this issue?

best phone ever...much much better than ios 7! i don't know why people still not into these smartphone..which good at software..and super multi tasking experience and add on of android apps (apk) just complete my needs

Why is my blackberry so slow since I upgraded it! Takes so long for me to type or for my message to send or for applications to open! I never had this problem before the upgrade but I know surely I can't be the only one going through this, someone pls helpppp!!
