I learn something new each and everyday its a really good device i never expect devices to be perfect everything has its faults yes but this Z10 is just awesome from design to specs it truly a transition from old to new. BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!

For all the users who lives in Philippines you have to use globe simcard in order for you to Update your OS version to 10.2.1 smart doesn't have it yet. thats what i did since im a globe user. all androids apps are perfectly working on my phone. thanks!

instagram, mxplayer,and operamini, facebook pages manager, olx tested to work , hope some more updates bring everything perfect.
firefox and chrome not working.
please share which other apps work perfectly.

bing, 04 Feb 2014Maybe your z10 which i supposed you're using is an STL100-2... moreI'm using STL 100-2 and have 10.2.1 You need to wait guys, for some updates are carrier dependent. It will come anyhow, if you are impatient you may go with leak builds.
Also, you can try to update via BlackBerry Link as sometimes your desktop shows the update sooner.

Im having z10 im facing problem for speaker it will go in middle. While in call if we on the speaker it comes some time and goes if we want to hear means we should off it. No media and notification are sounding. All of them are not muted but not coming. Any solution?

it always says you have latest software. 10.2.0.424..dont understand whats the matter!!
