I've come across a problem while using this phone. I received one call from a friend whose number is not saved on my device. In the call log, it doesn't show the number, it says unidentified caller, and says no number available. The same it says of a call that I happened to miss later in the day.
I couldn't figure out why this is happening, which settings are to be changed so that I know the numbers on the call log. Please Help me.

bing, 22 Jan 2014Eyy thanks! I noticed my z10 now is not heating up like bef... moreglad to know....your problem is solved, 3g or 4g is the main cause of heating but a lil bit heat doesn't matter when u browsing.
