Blackberry is now what Nokia was betwe... morebro I was a die hard fan of Android... but believe me z10 is fully balanced phone, s3 is also rocking model of 2013. but it is quad core and still lags, slowish. z10 is dual core and not a single lag I have ever faced, superb in performance and build quality. only one drawback I have faced is the lack of quality apps like instagram, viber, line, subway surfer etc

Coz i had used android,windows,ios. Now i am use z10. Blackberry is out of the world and something differnt in all os. Windows and ios is gond. But android my god totally sucks. I don't why people use android. Given After 2gb ram 1gb ram mobile still hang what the hell that is??

Blackberry is now what Nokia was between the beginning of the smartphone era and Nokia choosing Windows.
Nobody wants their phones anymore.
Buy a Nexus 5 if you want to switch today, or wait for HTC or SONY's 2014 flagship.
By the way Nexus is cheap, but HTC or SONY's flagship will have a flagship grade price tag.
And instead of buying BB Z10, better keep your Samsung S3. If you are sick of Samsung's slowness, etc flash a custom rom. It is not something hard, necessary information is all over the web.
Actually S3 has a very balanced hardware, especially when compared to the 2013 flagships. In 2013, the standard screen resolution was multiplied with 2.25, however the processing powers were incremented about 60% max. All the unresponsiveness of S3 is the fault of Samsung's software & UI.
If you want to switch it, switch its rom, it would be enough.

My handset gets warm sometime while on the call or even if I use it generally..should I consider it a fault and take it to the BB centre
