NewBBUser, 18 Dec 2013Greetings, I just got my BB Z10 white and I am a new BB use... moredepends on your carrier. USA carriers are REALLY behind on software roll out which is unfair for USA customers. best thing to do is download the Official 10.2 from a canadian carrier then load it manually.
10.2 is way better than 10.1 and you get all app support for newer apps. so many app available now

Greetings, I just got my BB Z10 white and I am a new BB user, i moved from Nexus 4. I did the initial setup, and I thought the latest OS version available for Z10 is 10.2.*., but my device has 10.1.0.4200 and it says i have the latest OS. I live in Milwaukee - US. Can some one tell me how i can update my BB OS to the latest? Or is it the latest version available for my location? Thanks in advance.

I want to buy a bbZ10...
but i am afraid of the wifi issue of bb phones cz i've used 3 black berry devices before and they all have wifi disconnection issue, the wifi get's disconnected even if the signals are good...
can please any one help me out that this problem is solved in z10 or not...
