Any ideas o... moreThere is no restrictions on contacts.
You can transfer contacts between different mobile's os by Device Switch to sync or simply select all contacts and send via Bluetooth and it will start integrating in phonebook.

You do know that if you had upgraded to OS 10.2 you can sideload and run Android apps, right?
Hmmmm, now selling it for the L9 wasn't all that smart, was it?

Aussie, 04 Dec 2013Excellent device by BlackBerry......bought it last week and... moreI think people are complaining about the battery life because they haven't upgraded from 10.0 to 10.2 because on 10.0 the battery life was just average.
With the release of 10.1 the battery life improved and with 10.2 the improvement was even more than with 10.1 so I think now most people are happy with how long the phone lasts on a charge.

davidb1, 04 Dec 2013big mistake this phone needs to be rebooted almost every da... moreI bought my Z10 about 2 weeks after they became available and never had to reboot it one time because of a problem with the phone. I go weeks and weeks without turning the phone off.
My guess is the reason your phone needs to be booted every day is because you dropped it in water or sideloaded some android app.

Great battery life I don't understand why people complain about the battery life. z10 has the best battery endurance than many other phones.best OS I have experienced in years.display is better than iPhone. I am a BlackBerry man now....

The quality is exceptional and even works on marginal wi fi connections. You also have the option of downloading skype. The skype app is currently a android port that has been modified to have a bb10 feel. A new version just recently came out. There was a problem where it populated the contact list over and over. Im sure it will be fixed asap. Z10 is a great phone... been using it for a couple of months now and am finding little hiiden details all the time that make it fast and efficient.. cheers.

Camera performance for both Video and Snapping are very good.
Why I love its camera:
1) Camera option provided from lock-screen, widgets, menu, so whenever I need it, it's quick.
2) No lag at all, as it's super quick, open-click and you are done and ready for next shot.
3) You can move focus on the screen to get light to a specific area, thus you can capture quite amazing shots with your creativity as to enable lights in some particular area and darker in other areas.
4) The shots are crisp and renders nice colours
5) Snapping can be done by one hand only- either you press volume button or touch the screen it will capture/start recording.
6) There is a time shift-feature which will enable you to tweak your face for a particular moment and finalise it when it looked best
7) A great application provided along is StoryMaker app which creates great videos for your clicks.
8) Lastly, I can snap silently in silent mode, when I don't want to disturb others.

1- BBM video calling ( right now only avalaible on bb10 devices, on IOS and android devices in the near future I hope).
2-Skype (this one is an android port, but works just fine for me).
