I actually used before Q5 for about 1 week when I send in my phone for warranty. My next upgrade would be BB passport if I have the cash, if not I will try to get a Q20.

I've using this phone for almost 1.5 years and no problem comes out till today. It works fine.

For those who wish to purchase new,if your requirement includes using IMO, Wechat,SOMA etc..android calling apps, then stay away coz these are not supported in Z10. Whatsup, Skype BBM works fine. On all other usage its one perfect phone in the market in current price range.

Bro I am using BlackBerry z10 since last two year.but till today I have no any problem.in my phone 4 email continuesly.never hang.its BlackBerry blend is amazing.there are not any phone as the BlackBerry pc connectivity.thanks BlackBerry. I also have iphone 4s but that is not smoother than BlackBerry. I love BlackBerry.

Yes it has some issues but i lv this phone i have been using this z10 since 1.5 years..
Nd its amazing
But only one thing is batted backup is not gud..
But nowadays we have power banks so no issues at all..

Hi I have a query for all that my BlackBerry Z10 cannot wirelessly access by my smart tv before I could access my memory card on smart tv but now I can't I have tried media sharing option and couple of other but still no luck it doesn't show any device on network although YouTube pairing works remarkable if anyone knows any solution do share his/her knowledge. Thanks in advance

Pls,i am using BlackBerry z10. My watsapp asked me to update,but when I tried updating, after butting for sometime it said," an error just occurred nd blackberry will be closed down. Try reopening after some minutes ". Till nw I am still trying still d same problem. It's going to 1 week nw. I need help pls.

Does anyone Z10 users have problems using IMO. I have installed IMO from SNAP. The problem being am able to make and recieve calls but unable to answer. It keeps ringing. Any suggestions please!!

The non removable battery is not an issue in my opinion. First of all, half of the most popular smart phones on the planet have non removable batteries, you can't say a phone is garbage simply based on that fact. Second, the typical life of a smartphone is 2 years for most people, in that time frame a battery will age and loose some capacity but under normal circumstances it is negligible. Battery issues are more often than not due to software ( apps running background processes without the users knowledge). As battery technology advances modern lithium batteries are seeing more and more lifetime charge cycles. The battery in your phone from 6 or 7 years ago that went bad on you is nothing like the batteries in phones now. Third, if it does go bad you can replace it as long as you have thumbs, a micro torx driver set, and access to YouTube.
It would be fair to say it's a drawback, but to bash a device for that fact only is a bit extreme.

In my opinion bbz10 design is great..no need to change the design..improve the specs and a more powered battery.
