I had BBZ10 but could not synchronize with Outlook (Contact, calendar etc.)
Can anybody tell if the firmware upgrade corrected this? and if you tried it, what was the result?

Every time I try to open a ppt document it fails. I get the message can't open file, not a valid pptx file. Any Solutions?

monkeydlouie, 20 Nov 2013im experiencing the same way.. starts to charge at 50% and ... moreYesterday i waited for the device to shut down(battery 50%) and i took out the battery,sim card and memory card for about 30 mins,put them back in and charged the phone and the battery was on 20%,m gonna keep on doing this n maybe its gonna work

Hello all Z10 users. I am very interested in buying this phone im just not sure about the Android apps? How do you get Android apps on and what apps are available? eg. Subway Surfer.

Hi guys need your help: after updating my BBZ10 software to 10.2.0.424 then i restarted my BBZ10.. after that its no longer working.. im unable to access blackberry hub and charging starts at 50% and remains the same after 3 hours.. i have restarted the phone number of times but still not working.. even if i checked my messages its not loading..
