have frequent problem of ear piece. I got replacement of handset twice but still same problem facing with the new handeset too.
Voice breaks while answering the calls.
otherwise nice phone.

Did anyone from AP on Airtel got the 10.2 official update. I am using STL100-1 model and dont see the notification yet..

Hi all,
I am unable to open camera application of my Z10. It gives a message "The camera can't be started".

I was able to easily update my Z10 to 10.1 using BB link on my PC, though my Z10 still sends me notifications that I should update to 10.1....now I have been unsuccessfully trying to update to 10.2 using both the BB link and the software updater on the BB web page. The update will download to about 32% and stop...then will say I lost connections...countless times now an different days...I don't have access to a good WiFi service!

All messaging and calling Apps can be installed in Z10 like WhatsApp, Skype, WeChat, ChatOn etc.
Only Viber is not available for BlackBerry OS 10 till end of Dec 2013. So Z10 and Q10 users have to wait. Surprisingly, Viber is available for blackBerry's older versions like 6, 6.1, 7, 7.1

This is very dangerous as they can access and read all your emails and perhaps even other personal details. LINE for example is that dangerous. I suggest you ask everyone to get BBM for Apple or Android. It is far too risky to use other chat services as they spy on you.

I bought Z10 3 days back with OS 10.0.9 and was unable to upgrade it to 10.2. WhatsApp and few other applications can't be downloaded in OS 10.0.9, so I was disappointed. However, today the OS 10.2 has been installed in my Z10 by doing some restart exercise. Now WhatsApp and other apps have also been installed. But Viber is still non-downloadable due to Viber's decision to hold the Viber's version for OS 10.2
Rest of the things in Z10 are awesome and specially for me who has been using android phones for the last 5 years and got pretty bored. Z10 is really fast and its pictures are great. Worth buying if price is around $300-350.

Z10 users having problem with battery life, pls dis-connect other application if not in use. This will prolong the battery life.. It works with me. Full charge will last for more than 24 hours ...

For some reason I managed to get to the "Software Update" with "Checking For Updates" screen with a spinning circle and it's been hours now amd still can't get out of it. It did prompt me to connect to a WiFi network which I did but everytime I connected to one I didn't take me anywhere either. I'm very much frustrated with my z10 now. Please help. I tried pressing the top button to shut it don but no use. Please help!
