my z10 goes restarts by itself. What might be causing it? It sometimes restarts when i'm on the phone. Please help

Can blackberry use a standard model, shape, design and size and just change the engine - take the9900, can blackberry please put the q10 engine in this design the best ever!! come on blackberry you can do it.

I love my blackberry Z10.. I switched to this phone from galaxy note 2...
I love the gestures
Very easy and convenient to use....

I bought this phone 15days back, superb phone by BB.Just love the touch, speed of the browser ,the screen is superb, one of the best pone in market, go for it, battery is same lik android phones only one day.Camera is good, overall 10/10,do not go for samsung or sony, go for blackberry z10, superb phone, jus lik iphone 5, best than the iphone 5, have lot of features very simple os, new update have lot of new apps, it includes skype, whatsap wechat lot more..
go for z10.BLACKBERRY IS ALWAYS THE CLASS.

I am wondering is anyone knows how long the Z10 battery would last for if your on it all day, or if your on it for 2-4hours then stop using it for about 5hours to then use it again for 2-4hours. how good or bad is the battery, would like to know as I am considering buying the Z10 but need to know about the battery life...????

mobile is very good in specification.
but the battery is very worst in BB Z10.
if using 2G, it drains by evening.
if using 3G, it drains by afternoon.
WHERE EVER U GO, PLZ CARRY CHARGER WITH U...

I am strongly concidering to buy the Z10 but i am abit scared about the battery life can anyone tell me if its worth it and not useless like all the other blackberry batteries like before or should i just go for the Sony Ericson Xperia V or Zthat water proof????
