Cannot get support anywhere and having 2 Blackberry phones before I will never buy a Blackberry again as it is not the phone but the Back-up and instructions are usless to the ordinary telephone user

Excellent work RIM!!! now this is what you suppose to be doing a long time ago, this is by far best than a iphone 5 period,o got both and this Z10 is by far a better phone, I don't know about people complaining about lag,restart,are you sure you a got a Z10? I don't belive you guys,i got this phone since day one and is the best phone I ever got and I do benchmarks,write reviews in my country and this will be my companion until another blackberry better than this came out.

Excellent phone, moved up from my Curve, does everything it says on the tin and I'm sure they will improve with up dates, battery life is up to you, compares with many other phones, overall Blackberry have it right, good looker too, and the Hub is the dog najjers, all my messages in one place, brill ! as for all the negative comments.......the green eyed monster methinks,GO Blackberry bring it on.................

Anonymous, 01 Jul 2013restarts alot on its own. can i have a reply why???The restart issue is fixed in 10.1 update. Update the software and it will go fine. Google this and you will get the info: "blackberry-101-update-confirmed-fix-random-reboots-affected-z10-devices"

The Blackberry Z10 is a very very nice phone. You can have all in one phone games,social(skype), more cool apps(except Instagram but soon it will arrive but you can sideload it if you are a die-hard Instagram user). to all people here planning to buy Blackberry 10, dont just rely on others said to you(especially the negative) maybe try to research more and try it hands on to see how beautiful the new Blackberry 10 OS was. Others who have their Blackberry 10 issues just update your software and it will surely fix your problem. Try now the Blackberry 10 Phones and Im very very sure you will never regret it. Thank you!

Firstly I want to let you know that nothing is wrong with the mobile rather its a very beautiful phone working perfectly without hanging with a good battery life and very advance operating system.
Explanation:
The battery life is good if you are not using Wifi and using your mobile purely on Mobile Network. Using wifi it do drains your battery in a day, as I feel the mobiles which I used earlier and hardly used to connect or drop signal on in low wifi n/w whereas it connects pretty good and stays stable.
Now about the hanging problem I never encountered a single hang on my mobile till now. Reason is, I am using OS 10.1(updated). May be people are using OS 10.0 or may be some applications which are not compatible makes the mobile unresponsive. But I can assure you in OS there is no flaw.
About the Operating System its very fast(only booting time is slow, when you restart it) and have pretty nice features. Specially the ones which are related to messaging, like when I interact on WhatsApp or BBM I feel very comfortable and don't need to type whole words. Lot of customisation is provided to the user but I must say not like Android and it has its own advantage.
About the applications in BlackberryWorld you can check their site and find lot of applications are available, but still Shazam and Instagram is missing which is going to come eventually for sure but alternate applications are available like SoundHound etc... for which you don't feel disheartened. Moreover after porting it is able to run Android Applications too.
About the price, yes I admit that BB guys put the price high for their phone which should be low by 100$.
Finally, I would like to let you know that I am into Android Development and preferred it over Android devices. Our fellow developers made the comparison of same Application with same h/w specification on Z10 and Android Device and found interaction and responsiveness in BB Z10 is pretty fast.
Also, I am pretty sure its way better than Windows Mobile OS and would like to place it on the third place after Android and Iphone, since still its in improvement phase.

Its a great phone for the people who loves texting and not a mobile gamer. You cannot find as many apps as ios or Android but still i love it for its looks and the BB 10.

never go for it otherwise you will regret. battery very poor. os is not so good.app market is top bad.Stick with old bb but not this one.

Great phone, love it! No big name apps, so what. I still can sideload Flipboard, Instagram, Shazam, Line, etc into this phone. No regret getting it

I went to AT&T and got the iPhone 5, decided to sell it, and get the BlackBerry z10. I was very schetpical about purchasing the phone. I got to say I am very impressed by the z10, the Dual core processor runs every app very smoothly, not to mention it does have a full multitasking.
I am very impressed by the APP selection, it has the availability to run Android Applications as well, which is very convenient, basically two app world's in on platform.
The phone camera functionality is very well, on par with the iPhone 5. The future OS 10.1 is adding HDR, and 360 photos.
I love the keyboard on this device, it have very smooth typing, I find it very accurate, and helpful in many ways, the predictive text works like a dream.
I would recommend this phone go anyone.

After 2minutes after you finished charging the phone,the battery drains to 0% but the phone stays alive for maybe around 12 hours.I'm running 10.1
Anyone who shares the same problem or has some advice?
