I am using this phone and I have two lines, one I phone five and z10.
I prefer the z10
It's a professional phone and smartest one ever.

I don't think the battery last for 10hours when you do non stop talking. Because I charged it until 100% then I was doing non stop texting for 5 hours, and the baterry already 30%. and I think if I continue it will just last for maximum another 2hours or less.

Mine i... moreBrightness near 0, turn off push e-mail/calendar (I use manual refresh, or poll every 4 hours), turn off location services, LTE is a killer on battery, use 4G or Edge, and close apps that you don't need to keep open. I usually turn of WiFi as well, unless I"m using it.

Although the fact is RIM still desperately asking all developer making app for bb10 compatible...so in your case I can conclude it you still play with the default boat/basic/stock rom app from RIM eh.

Used the phone for a day. Absolutely fantastic interface. Real mobile OS. Can be operated with one hand.Only drawback is the pricing. Price it right.
Anyway very good compact device.

i am having problem hearing incoming calls through the handset,it works on the speaker mode,handsfree and bluetooth,but the incoming voice of the caller is unheard through the handset.how can i rectify it,i am unable to go to an authorised blackberry service center as service center in india dont accept international warranty as my mobile was bought in singapore unlocked one,i agreed to pay the cost of repair but they have strictly refused as they would service only handsets bought in india.i have been blackberry user for almost 6 years now,i quit blackberry because of bold9900 battery issues please tell me a way to sort out this issue,thanks in advance.

Bino, 10 Apr 2013i think ...samsung s3 much better than z10...z10 so expensi... moreI'm using this phone for almost 2 weeks now and I never experience any lagging, restarting or any kind of errors.
By far, this is phone has a very smooth and stable OS. I don't know what lagging are u talking about.

I don't really need a super bright screen, i just put it to the middle.
I don't need a vibration too... blinking red light is enough.
I think in this way, it will help ur battery last throughout the day or even more.

Limited ringtones, stupid thing called HUB, no low battery notification sound so you need to keep checking your battery manually i dont believe they didn't add such thing to an advanced OS. Battery drains fast in less than 12 hours. If you install whatsapp and you restart your device for any reason, all whatsapp contacts are shuffled and messed up. Still regret that i bought this device

By far the best phone out there. Ive had it for 3 days and it is so lightning quick, with every feature and tool you could ask for. Handles all MS office suites as they were on a desktop. Awesome graphics and integration with all media. RIM got it right in a big way!!
