I have change my Iphone to the new Z10. I don't regret my choice. This phone is really wonderful!! I love it!

Both the iphone and BlackBerry have their own OS, Android is just so common... u know like a trash... can be seen everywhere.

Honestly, you don't need a high powered CPU on a phone. This phone is designed to provide users with unrivaled communication and messaging features.
Certainly not a toy to put on games and other apps for entertainment although you can but this isn't designed for that.

I bought this phone in white colour, sold my Galaxy note 2. I am actually loving it. Its beautiful and has everything i need. It really smooth as well (As compared to my note 2). Just need to update the software. Its a nice buy.

Dualcore is too slow. Lenovo k860 with quadcore 1,4ghz is faster although its only have 1gb RAM. And only half the price. Lg nexus 4, galaxy s4, galaxy s3 quadcore version, are all faster than z10. Even iphone 5 is faster.

Z10 outperforms any iphone and android currently on the market. OS is smoother, browser is like 5 times faster and downloads take no time at all. downloaded the same movie onto iphone 5, galaxy s3 and my z10 for the family and z10 did it in less than 3 minutes for 2gb, iphone was about 10 minutes and s3 was about 6.5 minutes. The z10 LTE and phone beat both the others hands down. those that do not agree probably have not owned one or tried a direct comparision against the other 2, I am lucky to have one of each in the family. Add the 64 gb sd card and I have almost 80 gb which is more than enough for movies and music.

i ve finally updated my z10 to 10.0.10.99 am so so happy, the z10 is working greatly, no skype or viber in appworld, ve installed whatsapp is working perfectly well!!

Men i just connected my z10 to my laptop and google blackberry z10 update, i saw a website that showed me check for update, i clicked on it and it showed me new update for my device available 10.0.10.99 not even 10.0.10.82, i think this 10.0.10.99 should be the latest,i was prompted to download now or later i opted for now so my z10 is currently being updated over the web instead of over the air which i ve waited for since 26th of March when i bought my z10, i hope i will now enjoy the full benefits of the update like improving battery life, fixing the camera and other features i don't know about!! Am so so happy because every day ve been search for this update!!!!

I'm living here in Doha, Qatar. I bought my Z10 with the same firmware as yours and while setting it up during the first booting it prompt me to update my firmware into the latest one which I have now.
I'm not so sure if firmware updates are by country.
My Z10's Model No. STL100-1.
