seems very nice but... I don't think it has enough juice to handle an usul user... Watch some videos , listen to music and other things with only 1800mAh?!?!
If u have one could u leave a comment about the battery?!

I'll be getting mine next week:) Thought of waiting for the Q10, but my friend has a Z10 and the keyboard works amazing! Spent some time on it and I can't wait!!..

My wife and I both got the Z10. Its fantastic for business users like us. Exceeded my expectations. The update fixed my camera and battery issues so nothing to complain about anymore. The apps are still not up to scratch but the ones I do have and use are fast! Browsing experience is great, but it does use a lot of data so thank God for unlimited wifi in my area.

although i appreciate the efforts that blackberry has put in catching up with the smartphone race, blackberry was never meant to be a smartphone. its just for people who love to text a lot.
design is good but its borrowed from other devices( think iphone5!!:-\)
camera images are HIGHLY over saturated, phone lags in some areas and the list goes on.....
i sold it back the day i purchased it, thank god my dad agreed on my decision....
will wait for the sgs4......

I had a 9300 before the Z10 and the battery life is better on the 9300. The Z10 has very little options on the camera for an 8MP primary camera. I cannot download music and videos with this phone. Anyone has an answer to this? It is a Data hungry phone and it does not have the main apps in the app world but overall, the phone is brilliant. some feedback on the downloading please.

I have the STL100-1 model, works great. I'm a hardcore BlackBerry user for the past 3 yrs, migrated from 8900 curve to 9700 bold, 9780 bold, 9900 bold now the z10. I thought i NEEDED a physical keyboard until i used this device.

1st phone
heated dangerously continuously.
Pictures could not be found.
No update possible. picked up error 2032
2nd phone
Cannot find my pictures.
Battery life low in comparison to my 9305 S3
Browser / BBM connect very slow. Message stuck for days not sent.
Take out the battery and reset phone frequently to make calls again!
Desktop Link cannot connect phone to do an update.
Blackberry Account Manager not answering his phone.
This phone is not recommended at all.
My immediate friend also experiencing problems with his Z10
Please send out an update RIM that I can enjoy this phone and reverse these comments.

Normally I wouldnt comment or share any opinion but this time its too irresistible. Waited such a long time to migrate from qwerty keypad user to touchscreen and finally found one. BB Z10!!!!.Cant wait longer for Q10. The texting features is unbelievable and it works like exactly the way it is. One hand typing skill and special features. You got to believe in this.The size is just nice and seem macho for guys palm. Cool!, lastly..You gonna have Androids apps and RIM apps in BB10, am using it for real!!! Unbeatable. Where were you Iphone and Samsung???LOL. It was really good. I have androids for bigger screen but this piece of shit is really master piece!!
