my phone does not connect to 4g network when I set options to 4G only. I am using a 4G supported sim and I am in a covered 4g area. what could be the problem

I just purchased blackberry z10 today. I read most review some were negative... Oh God! Hope it won't happen to me.

I've had my Z10 for (just over) 2 years..never had ANY problems untill recently:
1. Battery gets VERY hot and runs out unbelievably fast. I've restricted background downloads/updates/location/wi-fi/nfc/bluetooth..EVERYTHING but it still gets way too hot very quickly. Is it a battery problem? Harwarde problem?
2. The one "speaker" stopped working a few months ago: I couldn't make/answer any calls like you would normally answer it, the caller couldn't hear me. I could talk via speaker but that was it. all other sounds worked fine too. I checked settings, re-set, re-boot the works but nothing worked. One morning it just started working again. Still don't know what/how .
Overall, I love my Z10.

Mostly I had to charge it every 3rd day or so (granted I didn't use it much). it is only recently that it needed charging on a daily basis. The battery gets very hot too, but i think it's just time for a new battery.

I am not satisfied with BlackBerry Z10 mobile, Apps are not properly updating , In whatsupp call (ring tone) and notification settings are not working properly, we cannot install all or necessary apps like samsung or any other mobile, sometime we cannot keep full image as wallpaper, Better i suggest you dont go for blackberry Z10.
