Hassan Ya Mbwana, 16 Sep 2015I have just bought BlackBerry Z10 as iPhone kept chewing my... moreit depends on what do you run, do you download pictures with your email? do u run facebook at the background? do you watch youtube at HD rate on your phone?
I have data which is 2GB, and I only use it for emails, whatsapp. For facebook, I don't let it run at the background, I dont stream youtube so my data usage at the highest permonth is about 600mb..

nafi, 21 Sep 2015how is the battery life of bb10??BB 10 is the OS, if it is z10, the battery is 1800 mah, if i use on 2G only, i can last the whole day but i got to bring home n charge it, so usually i keep a small powerbank for emergency.
of course at the same time I use wifi at home or at office. If things that are not required i don't turn on (bluetooth, NFC, brigthness at the lowest and etc)

I like my BB z10 (STL100-1). The body is perfect. I have dropped it several times, nothing happened. Display is so good. Battery is a bit weak but acceptable. ( you need to charge every day ). If you don't use it a lot, one time charging in 48 hours is enough. It is so fast. faster than most android devices and as fast as iPhone in some aspects ( opening most BB apps ). but the problem I'm facing is apps limitation. There are some android apps I can't install. Lots of BB world apps are paid and most of them so expensive.
Generally it's a good choice. At this price, this is with no doubts the best phone you can buy but if you want to pay more, there are devices better than this but consider the price.

nikk, 12 Sep 2015which format files supports..in os 10? (.apk) BlackBerry 10 can run many apks Android, but not all will work and compatible. For apps that have Google Services won't work.

my z10 and me already 1.5 years,until now still working very good in every aspect.3 days ago,bb come with new updates..10.3.2.2474.but not many changes..only add. amazon but camera i think much better than before..easy to update OTA take nearly 40 min.my z10 never hang..my one 3G..STL100-1.for NG comment please use this phone 1st,...all phone got their pros and cons....made by human not by God..thats why got warranty ...but honestly i love this blackberry ,easy to use ..before i had curve and bold,and also apple and android phone.

I always prefer blackberry, but this time the company had left me hate it....
I bought a blackberry z10 and i faced major problems after 2 days of usage, i asked for a replacement but they didnot replace, and they can't even give servicing... Here are the problems i faced:
1)the proximity sensor that turns off the screen while on a call automatically pops da screen back after 5 secs(approx).
2) Games and apps gets lost and i cant find it anywhere after i reboot my device.
3) wallpaper revert to default company wallpaper after i reboot my device.
4)Even if i locked the screen with the power button, the screen always pops up back on itself.
5) The screen always stay on even after it reached the limited times out display

This is my fourth blackberry. And every time is better with the handsets. This phone is so strong I've dropped it numerous times and it don't break or crack. Just the odd scuffs. Had it in Guyana, south America where I lived and now have bought it back to England. Best money I've spent ever in spite of what people say about blackberry

explain me bether what i have to do st... moreFirst, turn off the ringing sound (normal profile). This will turn your each apps sound off too.
Second, if you want to get notification sound on for your apps like Facebook, WhatsApp, BBM, BBM Group, etc, you should turn on the apps one by one from customize apps notification
Third, after finish, restart your BlackBerry 10 and see the result.
