Love my Z10, the Remember App, is by far my favorite!! I am using it for classes and it is just awesome! I still have it running 10.2 by choice. I feel this version runs a bit smoother than the 10.3 just my personal opinion. The camera is decent takes good pix and good video, and the keyboard is excellent, just wish it could pack more than just three languages into it. Music player is very plain but decent. Love the control hardware keys. And the browser rocks! Overall the software runs smooth but after two years since 2013, the phone lags a tiny bit with the browser, and the battery wears out faster now. Great phone!! My Blackberry Z10!

If it still not turning on. Then try pushing the power button for two seconds and then release the button and wait for it to turn on.

Hello to all!
I've been searching the internet and asking questions here on how to remove the dialing and camera tones of bbz10 without putting the phone in a silent mode or any silent profile, and the answer: "we cannot remove those tones".
But now i finally found out how to remove those tones even if using a normal profile.
After hours of searching out my z10 thoroughly, i am now enjoying a silent dialing, silent camera shutter and a silent video recording button. Horrayyy!!
By the way, after updating to 10.3.1, the camera is now very very good! Picture and video quality are now excellent even if it is zoomed! Rise blackberry once again! Rise!

Problem with the battery. if you open mobile network, battery will only be last up to 3-4 hours
