JOI, 27 May 2015I upgraded my z10 and now its only the red light that comes on. You have two options: reload the device software and suffer again or throw the phone and buy a new android

z10 can run all android apps just somply send it from any android phon with my appsharer etc. today I updTed z10 to 10.3.1 version size is about 1002mb. after this I got new materiL ui. all got power saving mode. and many new feTures. soo many camera features are upgraded .now u can touch focas on screen diffrent icon for shoot pictutes. lots of new camera features upgraded.

hey frnd..blackberry os 10 suports both uc and opera...u just get into google and search 9apps...from there u can download uc and operamini...and can also download android games..thankyou

If u use Bluetooth to receive files, check folder external_sd thru es file explorer

minette, 23 May 2015my phone just shuts down when my battery power is about on ... moremy friend, for the battery problem , plug the charger into your phone, leave it in charge more than 30 second and then remove the battery without unplugging the power. leave it for few second and put the battery back .Now see your device will show the correct battery percentage and it will not switch off on any random battery percentage.

i am using this for more than a year now,,, after the 10.3 update my phone became worse.. if anybody facing issues with battery and phone rebooting automatically, try deleting all the unwanted apps in your z10.. i did the same and now all problems have been fixed and it is running smoothly. ppl who complaint about this phone.. pls get a life..

minette, 23 May 2015my phone just shuts down when my battery power is about on ... moreDownload the 10.3.1.2774 autoloader and install it. It will solve the battery issue as it's software related and not the hardware. I faced the similar issues and after updating to this OS it has been solved

Sitting bull, 07 May 2015Recently updated my z10 to 10.3.1 and the misfortune starte... moreDowngrade the software. Or buy a new one. There are many awesome android phones out there which are much much better than this "thing"
