Rishi, 15 Nov 2017can't use whats's app instagram & many problem on this ... moreI just installed google play, and i can use all features like Instagram, facebook, facebook messenger. If you want good cheap phone this is 1000% good one. :))

I have now had my Z10 since 2013 and love it to this day. I bought mine as a Refurb and have never had a lick of trouble. Us BBM all the time and get my emails on it long before they show up on my computer. I will stay with BlackBerry as long as I am able.

I ha... moreNo one says to buy this phone,or make you to,but there will be always some one who respect quality and security of BB phone,reliability,just like you said,to use device for 3-4 years.some one who dosen"t care about 1 mln apps but do care about massaging,phys. keyboard,emails,music,calendar,virtual key board the best,even video that BB devices do the best.Like me who use Z10 and keep Q10 as spare or just to go back to phys. keyboard,both phones do what I need,I like BB 10 OS and simplicity to use of both devices.I don"t hate iphone or android phones,them just not for me.

Dont get fooled by 2-3 hardcore bb fans who post here. I had this phone 4 years and the only good thing is its display. Very outdated and no apps, bad battery and overheats when using cellular data so you dont have connection untill it cools some minutes but then immediately overheats again. Its good as a portable video player but the battery capacity is too limited to enjoy it. Do not buy, this is old and unsupported in all ways except display quality.
