I am using this handset from last 1 year, not a single hanging problem, just 2 week back I have upgraded to 10.3 now battery backup is about 15 hrs.

battery life is poor,,need to improve on that otherwise the OS is a lot more fun to use

the battery is so bad,i charge the battery 3 times for a day,and its get hot, why? and dual core cpu 1.5 gh???!! In so angry for buy that.

Upgrading to 10.3 solves much of the firmware issues. My z10 is uper fast Internet connectivity,p

[deleted post]When I buy my z10 after 2 week I lost the software but when I upgraded version it's good.
I will never change blackberry phone.
All we want just uploaded the contact to Gmail.

They hang many times in a day.but BlackBerry z10 never hang.alwase run smoothrly.so dont coment wrog about BlackBerry z10.

The most horrible terrible device ive ever dealt with, it lags so much, os sucksssss, i swear imwill break it with a hammer asap, dont buy it, dont look at it, dont even mention its name, i wish black berry company draw this product back and start manufactring shoes or rubber bands, better and simpler for them
