Guys please help me....
I got update before 2 days and I connected to wifi to complete 2 steps of update..
1st step completed and start 2nd step as installing...but whene it reached on 95% it automatically cancelled and said your download was inturrepted...I tried twice but got fail...
Plz help me whats should I do...

After update to OS10.3 as i think camera quality is not good. But it's function are good.
Still they want give option for screen touch for camera button as early.

ash, 06 Apr 2015hey guys i am just confused about this device though half o... moredont confuse u can go with z10..it is a nice device battery time is not so bad innitialy u ll cofuse but after sometime u ll adjust with this device..i have z10stl100-3 so i suggest u to go with this model of z10.. i only face 1 problem no latest software update yet but i feel i ll get soon

Today I recieved 10.3.1.1779 update.update size 1.5 gb. Updated via wifi.after update my device is awesome.very smooth.like a charm.very good update.best mobile.there are no comprison.love so much my BlackBerry z10.

Had z10 stl100-1 for a year and never had good mobile data connection, after just a minute on HSPA it overheats and then connection is dropped, it drops to useless GSM speed and HSPA not coming back for long long time, in other words cant even watch short youtube clips, cant do anything. Utterly useless phone, it just does not work. I changed to iphone 5s and now can finally enjoy 40 mbit speeds that never drops the connection, plus has more than twice as good battery backup.
And theres a lot more. I urge people to stay far away from stl100-1, terrible phone indeed.

Buy a new battery for about $16 dollars. And I think your problem will be solved. Regards
