Dear Friends I have updated my Z10 to 10.3.
After the update my external speaker is not working. There is no sound from it while playing Music, Videos and incoming calls but it is working when I am calling somebody and put the call on speaker mode.
Pls help

Am using BlackBerry z10 my downloads and my new contacts are deleted automaticaly when my mobile restart.

Am using bbz10 on past five months.sometimes my mobile battery level 45% automatically my device going to off, why what is the reason.and after instaling 10.3 os, my device sometimes switchedoff or restarted at the same time my new downloads and my new contacts are automatically deleted pls give a solution for this.

íf you play intensive games on these handsets,they do generate a lot of heat.
If you do not play a lot of gamez these things never become hot. But nevertheles
The continuation activity of social networks on the background of these mobile devices results in the processor becoming active and causes heat at the back. Always swicth of your data services button on your handset if you are not on social networks. This will save your battery and no heatness will be generated by the processor

Hi
I am asking myself which update is going to be much better than OS 10.3. As far as the smartphone is concerned Blackberry 10 feels way much better than the the top three smartphones combined. And I am placing Blackberry @ the tip top of this battle.
Last year Blackberry Z30 won a covet award of being the best smartphone in the market. It was also discovered that most business persons in the industry are owning Blackberry Z30. And it won the award in the presence of Iphone,Samsung,Nokia Lumia,Huawei and other best mobile handsets in the market. In the time Blackberry Z30 won this covet award there was not yet the updated OS 10.3. Therefore if this update is this powerful,I am looking forward to another win by Blackberrry even this year

Then you need to switch off your data services network if you are not using your social network accounts. That way you will start saving battery

blackberry is awesome phone,and super than the iphone6 the cam clarity is very good iam using the bb phone the upgrade 10.3.1 this version is amazing.operating very speed than other all phones..............................this ......awesome.........

To sort over heating and battery problem. Switch to 2g wen Internet not needed and turn data off.
