Hey, the last time i tried to upgrade to 10.3, my phone blacked out, and the had to re-install it again. was there any hardware problem? but now they re-installed 10.2, so should i upgrade or not, coz am scared it might blackout again?

10.2.1.3062 os stl003 support every android application like a high end android mobile.and no any problem.

This is what you need to do. Go to your settings. After this select your mobile and networks connections options. Under this select the data services button and place it off because it is utilising your data services while you do not uset it. Return back to your normal display. If you need to use your social networks apps return to your data services button and switch it on.

Am using bbz10 on past five months.sometimes my mobile battery level 45% automatically off why what is the reason.and when will my mobile restarted that time my downloads and my new contacts are automatically deleted pls give a solution for this.

Until you upgrade to OS 10.3 you have to be without Opera mini. After you upgraded to the new OS you will have an access to the Amazon app and the Opera mini is contained inside this Amazon then you will be able to install it. And it looks and works like a charm on the Z10

You do not need to. It is the reason you must ugrade to OS 10.3 .During the update process Amazon app anD other helpful applications just like Blackberry assistant get automatically installed by themselves

It is saddening news that there are fonny Blackberry Z10s somewhere in Asia load with false hardware. It is really bad news.
But hey guys this OS 10.3 has really improved a lot of these Blackberries. The Amazon app is just a wonderful package.From here you can download just about everything as much as Android and Symbians devices. I have just downloaded myself the talking google into my Blackberry Z10, and it works a charm. I just talk over the speaker and talking google will respond back as my maidservant with exactly the required information. Go ahead access the Amazon app there is a lot you can do here

Truth is the Asian non-LTE Z10 isnt getting 10.3 yet, if ever. It has a different chipset of a cheaper type, not the Qualcomm of the LTE models sold elsewhere. This problem is expected to affect also the non-LTE BB Q10, same chipset. So keep on waiting but dont get your hopes too high any time soon.

AnonD-311269, 08 Mar 2015Íf you play too much games on your z10 it does get o... moreYou are right,but to switch data off not the best,bcs most social apps would check the data status and phone will try to reconnect to the net again and again.To stop it You must sign off,log out from social apps,this work the same way like phone try to reconnect to weak signal of WI-FI,or just radio,any thing consume battery of smartphone,I mean any smartphone not only BB.Net,data the biggest power eater,games,any time You don't need data switch it off,save battery and CPU.

raj, 08 Mar 2015Today my phone heating very much...any solution plz...Íf you play too much games on your z10 it does get overheat and it will soon damage the handset's processor.
If not so,you social networks applications (facebook,mixit,whatsapp,twitting and so on) do cause the z10 to become overheat if yo didn't shut the data service key on your setting s of your smartphone. These applications continue to run at the background causing your handset to stay hot and consume the battery

Iam using 10.2.1.3062 and I can download every android application by 1 mobile market and amazon apps store.and also every application run smoothly without any laging.many people complained about Android apps.but I never face any problem.
