My phone needs the software to be upgraded but nw I dnt have space,ive deleted evry application thta I can delete on my phone and moved all my sfuff to memory card bt still it needs 266mb of space. Wat can I do its been a week ive been.struggling with ths

hi,
I recently updated mt BB 10 OS, but since it asked me to restart the device. Now its stucked till 98%, i've pulled out the baatery and inserted again. but again not moving above 98%.
Pls advice, what should be done.

Why is it eventhough i have data connection, when i am updating my apps, it says that i have no connection. How can i go back to OS 2

Hi
I do not understand all the fuss of the lag the newly released 10.3 OS update. My goodness RIM's intention regarding the 10.3 OS was to provide her conzumers with the best service a company would offer to her customers. I thank God my Z10 is functioning well even after this wonderful update. No lagging,no glitches within the software or the hardware. It just works fine and it is a smaller model STL-100

I have an stl100-1 model and this... moreI use Z10 STL100-3,as I understood the common problems in STL100-1,may be You should stay on 10.2.1 till BB release bags fix for particular model.Looks like the first model came out with different hard ware then 100-2 and 3 models.

Anonymous, 02 Mar 2015Bro dont you feel the need to buy a new expensive android p... moreI personally don't have this filling,but again depends on Your preferences.I am over 50 and this means I don't play games,I have not problem with internet browsing,camera,don't use phone like music player much,but always have couple GG of music and some movies installed on sd card,just in case to waste time.Phone call quality,durability,message,email(just to check on the go),some browsing and for Sure the OS 10 is make me to chose BB phone.In my family we have never used Android phone,BB or Apple.I have never had problem with BB,but children started with BB and now are using Apple and only bcs of app store.I still have Play book and use it,bold 9780,now Z10.For the price I paid I have got more then I need.
