I'm in love with my blackberry z10 again.... 10.2.1 is the best update blackberry ever pushed to devices.....
If you people havent received the 10.3 update, GOOD!
Do not upgrade to 10.3.1 till it has a stable release for this device.... I have tried reloading the software 3 times still there was lag. Initial days of the software I could find no problem. But after a few days there were many lags on my phone.

I have reverted back to 10.2.1...
Feels soo good to have that smooth fluid experience of my phone again
I will not install 10.3.1 until blackberry fixes the bugs

Shogun, 28 Feb 2015HI,sorry,this what I said,make factory restore OS,10.2.1,th... moreI tried reloading it to 10.2.1 via blackberry link but it does not happen. It says update to the latest software i.e. 10.3.1 and when I press update later the window disappears.
Now i'll have to download the 10.2.1 autoloader and then check for an update... sigh :/

mash, 27 Feb 2015after updating the os to 10.3 the battery drains soo quick.... moreHi,before You go back to 10.2.1,open device monitor and check what program drain the battery,delete it or re install,make hard reset,press volume up and down+power bottom.I am sure this is the best update Your phone will ever receive,do not give up.

I did everything you asked... moreHI,sorry,this what I said,make factory restore OS,10.2.1,then update again to 10.3.1.It should work,there is no magic,thousands and thousands got update with no problem.Go to craccberry.com,download auto-loader 10.3.1.2072,this one lower then official update,from Mega,EXTRACT file using Winrar program,connect phone to PC,MAKE SURE BB LINK IS CLOSED,open extracted file 10.3.1.2072,turn off the phone let it do the job,after rebut You have new phone.

I will install 10.2.1 again and hope for this company to release a stable update for this phone....... :/
